Payments:

Payment Terms: Payment terms will also be specified in the service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed upon, a deposit is required to initiate the project, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellation: Either party may cancel a project with prior written notice. Depending on the project’s stage, cancellation fees may apply to cover work already completed.
Refunds: Refund policies will be discussed and agreed upon in the service agreement. Generally, no refunds will be provided for work already completed, but partial refunds may be considered based on project specifics.
